I'm offering my services for a reduced rate April 2025 through August 2025 book now for only $800 and you still get my full birth package which includes:
- One 60-minute initial consultation free of charge either in person or over video call.
- Two prenatal meetings to discuss your ideal birth, review what to expect during labor and delivery, create a birth plan, discuss how we will optimize comfort during labor and delivery, and help you plan for the postpartum period.
- Prenatal support during your pregnancy to answer your questions, provide resources related to pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum and breastfeeding,
- full access to my library of books on pregnancy labor, birth, VBAC, postpartum and breastfeeding.
- 2 postpartum visits to check in, help you prosses the birth and to discuss how you and baby are adjusting to life postpartum.
- 24/7 on call availability for labor and birth support.
After the birth of your baby, I will stay up to 3 hours to make sure you and baby are settled in and to help get you started breastfeeding (if desired).
I attended the birth workers spinning babies’ workshop,
I am CPR certified for all ages, including infants.
I have completed doula training through DONA.
I have also added a TENS unit to my doula bag which all my clients have access to

As a birth doula, I am passionate about helping families have the birth experience they deserve. I believe that every family has the right to be informed about their choices and to make the best decisions for their family.

If you are planning a VBAC birth, I am here to offer specialized support and guidance. I have first-hand experience with VBAC births and can provide the extra care and attention you need during this special time.
Caesarean support
As a C-section Mama myself I can help you and your partner navigate through this confusing and sometimes frustrating time.
You still have choices and options even with a C-section and I can help you realize what those are so you can feel confident in your decisions.
Alternative Pain Relief
I believe in providing families with a range of options for pain relief during labor and delivery. I can offer advice on alternative methods such as massage, acupressure,
and other methods of pain relief which can be used alongside or in place of medical pain management options.
